of IntaJuice North South All Star Classic
Players Announced
More than half of participants will play
in various bowl games
Houston, TX (December 8, 2006) –
The IntaJuice North South All Star Classic
announced today a list of over 70 players
that will participate in the inaugural college
football senior showcase. The list includes
prominent names like Zac Taylor (QB) Nebraska
and Brandon Fields (P), Michigan State,
James Pinkney (QB), East Carolina and Rice
University’s Quentin Smith (RB) and
Marcus Rucker (LB). The total number of
players in the game will be over 100. There
are still approximately 25 still to be named.
The remainder of the coaching staff announcements
will be Monday, December 11, 2007.
“We are extremely excited to have
the opportunity to have such an outstanding
group of men participate in our game,”
said Mike Pede, GameDay Consultants Partner,
“I think the fans in Houston will
get to see a great mix of nationally recognized
players, including great ones from Texas
Tech, Rice, Baylor, Virginia, Michigan State
and Alabama, just to name a few.”
